We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays. We use the most suitable DPD 48 hour courier service depending on the size and weight of your parcel, all parcels are tracked.
For very low value items or small packets/envelopes(items such as small swatches, Trim or Buttons) we will normally use Royal Mail. Please allow 2-4 days for Royal Mail packets sent this way to arrive.
Next Day Delivery requests if agreed must be received by 12-30pm. All orders that need to be dispatched to addresses outside of the UK, such as Europe, we will contact you first with specific quote and to arrange the best and most secure delivery.
Please Include your mobile number when ordering and we can then ensure you are able to receive the up to date parcel tracking information called DPD Predict.
We guarantee delivery on all of our stock products within two working days to mainland UK destinations (excluding weekends, bank holidays,our Christmas closure period and Extreme Weather conditions). We always maintain the highest possible stock levels and aim to offer most of the products on this site as stock products. Please note some Fabrics may take longer, but you will always be advised of estimated delivery time promptly when you order.
We will reply to all prospective customers by email if, due to local holiday times, or stock availability, an order may be delayed. We will state the reason for any delay and length of the delay and we will offer the opportunity to cancel an order at this time.
The 48 hours delivery does not include products within "Furniture" department or Where it clearly says "Custom Made to Order". Furniture is made to order unless state otherwise. Please see individual products for estimated manufacturing and delivery times. Delivery charges may apply to products grouped under "Furniture".
Orders with a total value of £70 and over, for delivery to a UK mainland address, will not be charged P&P* (excluding areas listed below).
For orders below £70 we have two charging structures.
Where an order is placed for 3 small items (or less) which we have identified as compact/ lightweight items (such as Trim/Buttons etc) the order will be sent by Royal Mail and carriage will be charged at cost.
If more than 3 compact/ lightweight items (as selected by us) are ordered, or a mix of products including larger/ heavier/ higher value items are ordered, then delivery is made by secure courier such as DPD and a charge of £5.99 inc VAT is made. Where carriage of £5.99 inc VAT is charged the delivery will be made by secure courier and a signature is required on delivery. Courier delivery is also the method used for all orders qualifying for free delivery (orders with a value over £70).
As a signature is required on delivery where a courier delivery is used you may wish to consider an alternative delivery address such as a work address.
